This incredibly high grossing counter was a completely bespoke design created by an interdisciplinary team. It excelled within unique challenges: incredibly long queues of customers, complex traffic flow, prepaid order pickup, high basket value, and an environment full of industry-leading displays. To create custom visual merchandising on islands, endcaps, back wall, and decorative elements to create a seamless experience for the consumer, I collaborated heavily with the store designers, graphic designers, vendors, and local counterparts.
